Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram star was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley Nocera has not spoken about her family members, but she credits her grandfather with instilling her love of working out. He had a bodybuilder as a teenager in his 30s to 40s. Ashley is active physically since she was a little girl. She began taking swimming lessons at around the age of four, and continued to do so for the following 10 years. While she participated in numerous competitions, Ashley was not committed enough to adhere to a healthy diet that would enable her body to perform at it's best. It is believed that she became popular in high school for her stunning looks and curvy physique. But, it's not certain if Ashley has a boyfriend during this period. When she graduated, Ashley was able to decide not to attend in college and instead focus on her career of a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she wasn't happy with how her body seemed. She was urged by her grandfather to go to the fitness studio. He suggested she go slowly and work on her body slowly. Inspired by her success Ashley took part in into the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships with a seventh-place finish. was motivated by the fact that she felt it was a loss, and she continued to train even harder. After winning fifth place at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. While she competed she was offered the chance for photos for photoshoots. It was not a mix-up of her professional life and turned down the offer. But, after she has quit competing Ashley decided to become an fitness model. The cover of her shoot was featured in a well-known fitness publication and launched her career as a fitness model. She was signed by an agency immediately following. Since then, she has become a highly sought after model. She has been featured on many bikini and apparel brands and appeared on the cover of a popular fitness magazine.
